π Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-6 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
π Peak Season & High Order Volume: During busy periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), shipping times may be extended. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Restrictions & Special Addresses
βοΈ Domestic Shipping Only β Currently, we ship within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
β No International Shipping β We do not offer international shipping at this time.
π‘ P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses β Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may experience slightly longer transit times due to carrier handling.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
π§ Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
π° Savoy Faire is not responsible for customs duties or taxes. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, import taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
π’ For APO/FPO/DPO shipments, additional customs processing may be required, and delivery times may vary based on military mail handling.
5. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
π΄ Savoy Faire is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
